Are your items handmade?

Every item is individually created and finished in my Ohio studio. Depending on the item, this may include hand-dying, embroidery, personalization, pressing, steaming and finishing. I do not mass produce my finished products.

Will my hand-dyed item look exactly like the listing photo?

No two hand-dyed pieces will ever be identical - and that is the part of what makes them special! Dye placement, saturation and movement will naturally vary from piece to piece. I carefully follow the same color palette and dye process shown in the images, so your piece has the same overall look and feel.

Can I personalize my order?

Absolutely! Items offering personalization will include that option directly in the listing. Please double check spelling, capitalization, and other details before submitting your order, as I create your item using the information you provided.

Can personalized and custom-made items be returned?

Because personalization and custom-made items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless I made an error with your order. Please contact me right away if there is a problem. I want you to love what you receive.

Why does the color look slightly different in person?

I photograph my products to represent their colors as accurately as possible, but screens, phones and monitors can display colors differently. Hand-dyed pieces also naturally contain variations in tone and saturation.

Can I request a different color combination?

Message me! I'm always happy to discuss color options. Custom orders depend on my current dye inventory, garment availability, and production schedule, so I recommend contacting me before placing the order.

My tracking says delivered, but I can't find my package. What should I do?

First, please check around your property, with household members and neighbors, and allow a short period for carrier scans to catch up. If the package cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and then message me so I can help point you toward the appropriate next steps.
